SHIPPING POLICY

LATELA will deliver the Products directly or through the transport companies / logistics services selected for this purpose by LATELA . The delivery of the Products will be made within 5 business days following the purchase. For articles in PREORDER the approximate production time is 15 days.

If you want an item that appears "out of stock" on the website, contact us immediately at latela.lt@gmail.com or whatsapp 3113297828, to check if the item is available or could be manufactured by our production team.

The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Client, who undertakes to receive it at said place and certify its receipt to satisfaction in the respective transport guide. The transfer of ownership occurs when the Products are made available to the customer at the place of delivery. The signature on the transport guide by an official of the Client will certify that the merchandise declared in the corresponding invoice has been received to the satisfaction of the Client. If the packaging or security tape is altered, it must be indicated in said guide and the content must be verified, in the presence of the transporter, in order to take the corresponding measures in the event of any damage or looting of the Products.

LATELA will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of its Products, if said delay occurred for reasons beyond its control and/or for reasons of public order. LATELA will only dispatch Products in original packaging units, in the size scales chosen by the Client and in accordance with the established packaging.

SHIPPING PRICES

International shipping flat rate: $35 USD.

Orders within Colombia: to be determined by the transport companies / logistics services selected.

TAX AND CURRENCY RIGHTS

Duties and taxes costs are not included in the price. LATELA is not responsible for any duty or tax. We ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are set by the local customs authorities. The customer is responsible for these costs, we recommend that you check your local customs website for estimated costs.

All products and payments made on the international site are in USD, and within Colombia in COP.

DISPATCH OF PRODUCTS

The products purchased through our LATELA Marketplace are subject to the shipping conditions chosen by the user and the delivery conditions available in our Marketplace. The user will freely choose the address of the place of shipment.
After the payment is approved and the order is dispatched, LATELA will notify the Customer by email of the date of delivery of their order.
In the event that no one receives the order at the shipping address, a second attempt will be made within the next three days. If after this attempt no one receives the order, the user must contact our Marketplace at latela.lt@gmail.com and the cost of the new shipment is assumed by the customer. If the customer does not make a new shipment within 5 days after the second attempt, the product is declared abandoned and there will be no compensation. In such case, LATELA will not be responsible for the products not received.
If the client chooses the payment on delivery of the shipment, and does not cancel the entire shipment pre-established in the order, it is understood that there is a breach of the contract and the client must cancel the value corresponding to the return of the products.
It is understood that any person who is in the place indicated by the Client for the delivery of the products is authorized to receive the order, therefore, LATELA is exonerated from any claim derived from the delivery that is made in the place indicated by the client.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

RETURNS OR REFUNDS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
LATELA offers its Customers the possibility of retracting the purchase during the first 3 working days after the delivery of the product.
The process for requesting a withdrawal is as follows:
Send an email within 3 business days after receiving the product to latela.lt@gmail.com with the reason for the return and if you require the same product, a different one, or a refund. Note: It is important to be very specific about the reasons for the return.
After the mail is reviewed by LATELA, the customer will receive an email with a reverse logistics guide.
The customer has 3 days after receiving the reverse logistics guide to deliver the product to the address indicated by LATELA.
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
When the product is received, the supplier performs the quality control that takes approximately 3 business days. When the status of the product is determined and the exchange or refund is authorized, we will proceed with the option chosen by the customer.
Money refunds will only be made by bank deposit to the account specified by the client.

WRONG PRODUCTS


If the Customer receives a product with characteristics different from those described on the page at the time of purchase, the procedure to request a product change is as follows:
Within 2 days after receiving the product, the customer must take photos showing the wrong product and send them to the mail latela.lt@gmail.com with the order number.
Once it is verified that the wrong product arrived, a collection guide will be sent to the customer and LATELA will collect the product in the same place where it was delivered and once the wrong product has been collected, the correct product will be sent.


CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation of a purchase is only made if the supplier is not able to send the product to the Customer due to lack of inventory and/or another reason of force majeure. In the event that this happens, the customer will be notified and the money will be returned. Money back times vary depending on the payment method used.
The Client can choose between the following reimbursement methods
Bonus: the bonuses are valid for one year and must be used in a single purchase. The delivery time for this refund is 2 business days.
Bank Consignment: The account holder must be the same as the one who made the purchase at www.shoplatela.com . The refund will be made within 3 business days.
To cancel an order for any reason, the Customer must write an email to latela.lt@gmail.com with the number of the order they wish to cancel. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped by the supplier or if it has been charged by the PayU payment gateway, the customer assumes the commission costs generated.
